As it stands, the Smoke-Free Air Act that passed in 2011, prohibits smoking in public spaces including public parks and along the greenbelt. According to KTVB, the City of Boise wants to revise that ordinance to include the prohibition of e-cigarettes and vaping in those same areas.

The City is looking to get more input from the public about potential changes. They'll be taking public comment in a City Council meeting on April 16 at 6p at Boise City Hall.

Other items to be discussed will be Transportation Funding and the future of transportation in Boise.
