We are about 2 months away from the 2 year anniversary of the death of Micheal Jackson.  And things are still being sorted out and worked on for the trial of his accused doctor.  DR. CONRAD MURRAY'S manslaughter trial was supposed to begin next week.  But yesterday, the judge granted Murray's attorneys a delay until September.

--The lawyers said they needed more time to prepare their cross-examinations for the prosecution's expert witnesses.

--All those potential jurors who filled out lengthy questionnaires were supposed to be screened this week.  Instead, they've been dismissed, and the process will begin all over again closer to the trial.

--Murray is charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of MICHAEL JACKSON on June 25th, 2009.
