
Idaho State Police Looking For This Vehicle Involved in a Hit and Run
A chain-reaction accident on an Idaho highway is being investigated as the vehicle believed to have caused the accident fled the scene.
Police shared pictures of the vehicle and hope the public can come forward with helpful information as the accident caused damage to two other vehicles.
Idaho State Police Seeking Information on Vehicle Involved in Hit and Run Crash
Idaho State Police shared their post on Monday afternoon, asking for help in identifying the vehicle and the driver pictured below. The vehicle is a blue Dodge Dakota and would most likely have front end damage from hitting the other vehicle.
The truck was carrying a few lumber boards in the bed when the accident happened. There isn’t a good picture of the license plate.

The crash happened on US Highway 95 near the intersection of West Prairie Avenue in Coeur d’Alene around 12:10 this afternoon.
The truck rear-ended a vehicle which caused it to then hit another vehicle. Those two vehicle remained at the scene but the Dodge fled into the Hayden Cinemas parking lot and escaped.

The Dodge Dakota probably has front-end damage and possibly white paint transfer from the crash.
