
Idaho Driver Killed in Rollover Car Accident in Southern Idaho
A deadly car accident was reported on Sunday after an elderly driver was involved in a rollover on Interstate 84, near Burley. The crash happened just after 2 PM at mile marker 206, about two miles west of the ongoing construction zone at the State Highway interchange.
The Idaho State Police reported on the accident and are investigating.

In the report from the Idaho State Police, we learn that only one vehicle was involved:
A 76-year-old male from Heyburn, Idaho, was driving eastbound on I-84 at milepost 206 in a 2024 Land Rover Defender.
The Land Rover went off the left shoulder and struck an embankment, which caused the vehicle to roll.
The driver was wearing his seatbelt, but was taken to a local hospital, where he passed away.

Idaho State Police also reported a single-vehicle injury motorcycle accident in Northern Idaho, in Post Falls. The accident happened around 5:45 on Saturday afternoon on State Highway 41 at Mullen Avenue.
A 46-year-old female motorcycle driver was turning north onto the highway, lost control, and fell off the bike. She was taken to a hospital with injuries.
