The vehicle fled northbound on the highway, where ISP deployed spike strips, successfully hitting three of the tires on the vehicle, a white Jeep Wagoneer, but the driver continued driving on the flat tires. The report from ISP then states:
The driver exited and reentered I-15 at milepost 116, continued northbound, and exited again at the Broadway exit, where the vehicle ran a stoplight, drove through a ditch, and came to rest in a nearby parking lot.
The driver then ran and was TASED and arrested by police following a brief foot chase. A female passenger in the vehicle was also arrested, and both were charged with trafficking fentanyl, as narcotics were recovered that had been thrown from the Jeep during the chase.

The parking lot where the vehicle came to rest used to be a Shari’s restaurant, according to reporter Kaitlyn Hart at East Idaho News.
