South Idaho Teacher Reports Low-Flying UFO Left ‘Marks’ On Body

Although we're just a few weeks into the new year, there have already been numerous reports of unidentified aerial phenomena in Idaho. A recent report was filed by a south Idaho school teacher who claims to have been physically impacted by an egg-shaped object in the sky.

Southern Idaho is no stranger to seeing weird objects in the desert sky. Every year, numerous incidents of UAP (formerly UFO) get reported by Idahoans to those who track such data. It's extremely uncommon for people who reach out to professionals in paranormal research to claim they've been physically harmed as a result of their sightings.

The National UFO Reporting Center (NUFORC) has been documenting and performing follow-up investigations on UAP for decades. Idaho has already had several incidents reported in 2024 and has a history of a large number of sightings that can be found on the NUFORC website. One recent report involves a resident of Shelley, Idaho, and is very unique compared to most others.

The witness stated that the objects emitted something that might have been responsible for "marks" left on the skin.

Shelley is located 150 miles northeast of Twin Falls. There are approximately 5,000 residents who call Shelley home. One of those residents shared a bizarre experience with the NUFORC that reportedly took place on January 10.

The objects were described as "blue balls" that hung over the property and disappeared after approximately three minutes. The witness stated that the objects emitted something that might have been responsible for "marks" left on the skin. The distance from the witness to the objects is listed in the report as being roughly 40 feet, which is very close in these types of incidents. Perhaps some sort of contact residue might explain the physical impact left by the UAP.
