Kimberly's Pizza and Pasta in Kimberly has been a staple around the area for some time now. The restaurant has decided to change their name and revamp a little bit. They are still serving up some delicious food though.

Kimberly's Maxie's has officially been renamed Monterey Jack's Pizza. They are still serving up great food like pizza, pasta, even finger steaks! The family owned business is still buying local and offering dine-in or take out.

According to their Facebook page, the restaurant will also be serving burgers and subs as well. Unfortunately, right now you cannot go to their website because it is under construction. That doesn't mean that you can't order from them though. Due to the weather conditions today, Monday, December 27th, the restaurant will be closed. However, it will resume regular business hours, barring any further inclement weather, tomorrow.

Monterey Jack's Pizza is located at 626 Main Street North in Kimberly and you can call them at (208) 423 - 5880 to order. I have heard they have some really great finger steaks there.

According to their Facebook page, they have chicken strips as well. I feel like those are an option that isn't plentiful in Twin Falls restaurants. Good chicken strips are hard to find. So I am definitely going to have to give them a try.

I love the new name and the new logo. I am really excited for this revamp in Kimberly.
