Okay, Twin Falls. Is it soap, or is it candy?

So, I'm at a local Twin Falls store this weekend in the candy isle. I see what looks like jawbreakers. My very observant (he DIDN'T make me say that) husband comments on this item.

Grape and Blueberry Pie bath bombs. I'm thinking those go in the body wash area, right? If we want people to stop eating soap on a dare, should we not stock it in the candy isle? I'm asking for a friend. Thankfully, they are marked for ages 3+ so.....
