TWIN FALLS, Idaho – High school seniors interested in science, technology, engineering or math may like the two interactive STEM days at the College of Southern Idaho scheduled at the end of this month and in March.

On Feb. 24 and March 31, students will hear presentations, work with CSI student mentors, visit various lab sites, and enjoy science challenges on the college's ropes course the first day. On Mar. 31, participants will present a program for younger STEM students who will be invited to campus.

STEM days are limited to the first 40 high school seniors who sign up at csi.edu/admissions/stem. Thanks to a grant from the NASA Idaho Space consortium, according to CSI, participants can attend at no charge. One $500 scholarship will be drawn from among the students who attend both days.

For more information, contact CSI Associate Dean of STEM Dr. Heidi Campbell at hcampbell@csi.edu or 208-732-6429.
