State police said safety chains on a trailer saved a pickup and the two people in it from plummeting to the bottom of a Magic Valley canyon Monday afternoon along Interstate 84.

The park boasts several scenic overlooks, paved sidewalks, picnic areas, trails and pedestrian bridges that give visitors many options.

I don't have any profound thoughts to add to this. But, it might just be the best 5 minutes you spend on the Internet today. It's a brand new drone video that shows Malad Gorge from the air.

I'm always afraid to share stuff like this. One of our favorite not-so-favorite sites in the Magic Valley was just named the coolest place in Idaho no one is visiting. That's both good news and bad news.

This is great, but also a little confusing. Two Hagerman locations have been called out as some of Idaho's best swimming holes. One I completely understand. The other not so much.

Malad Gorge was one of the first sites we went to when we moved to Twin Falls. The sad part is I didn't remember going there until I saw this video and realized that I had been there.
