What Happens When You Put A Drop Of Water On Cotton Candy

Sometimes it's the simple things in life that bring random joy, and it doesn't get much more simple than this. Plus you can probably file this under 'science' as a learning experience. I'm intrigued by what happens when you put water on a ball of cotton candy. It almost looks like the candy comes alive or gets taken over by cute little gooey bugs. Either way, give it a watch and try it yourself next time you get some cotton candy.

FYI - I took this video at the Golden Corral in Twin Falls and was almost as surprised by the results of the cotton candy vs water as I was that they had cotton candy at the buffet!
