Due To A Lack Of Qualified Swordsmen, Saudi Arabia May Abolish Beheadings

You can read that title again and let it sink in...yeah you read it right!? Apparently that guy who chops off other people's heads has more qualifications than "swing the sword and chop off head". Does this mean that a beheading is actually more civil than previously thought? I don't want to sound like this is a bad thing since I am all for an end to death by decapitation, but is there a school where they go to become qualified? Does the same go for the people who throw stones? This story explains their sudden change in execution preferences. It is just mind boggling that they are taking this step not out of technological or humane reasons, but just because they don't have enough people to perform the act! Last year there were almost 75 beheadings in Saudi Arabia. Maybe they could recruit some help from the Queen Of Hearts.
