Is A Kidney Stone Comparable To Giving Birth [POLL]

What a horrible day it was on Tuesday! I came in to work business as usual until about 8:30am. Out of nowhere I get this pain in my back by my right kidney that almost drops me to the ground. Then the pain gets worse and I have to drive home to my wife and have her drive me to the ER! On the way to the ER the pain got worse - and it didn't help that we got stuck at the railroad tracks for about 10 minutes waiting for the train to decide which direction it wanted to go! The pain made me nauseous and after the CT scan at the hospital - it was all caused by a 2.5 mm stone! A stone the size of a grain of sand took me out for an entire day! That is insane. But the real question is the pain comparable to the pain of childbirth? Even if it is close I have a new respect for all women who have had a baby!
