We had a dry hot weekend and then on Sunday the wind started blowing, the clouds rolled in, and BOOM - the lightning struck and started a few fires that have been burning and causing problems for local firefighters. The fires have also been causing problems for anyone who can smell them. I don't have allergies, so on even high pollen days I can enjoy outside without any sinus reactions...but this smoke is killing me. Not to be gross, but wildfire smoke is making me produce extra boogers and I have been congested since the fires started. I guess we'll have to close the windows and use the ac for the next few days. Are you being affected too?
