It has been almost a week since I last talked about The Sheen - he's been pretty low key these last few days with no really interesting interviews happening, so we instead turn our attention to the Sheenites (his followers).  All things considered, CHARLIE SHEEN is actually a very intelligent man.  His followers?  Not so much.  A New York City man got a Sheen-inspired tattoo that is simply not "winning".  In fact, it just might be the UGLIEST TATTOO EVER.
