Twin Falls Police Looking for Information on a Robbery at CSI Sunday

For those without Facebook access, here’s what the police reported and how you can contact them with information:

On 09/17/2023 at approximately 7:30 p.m., Twin Falls Police Officers responded to Frontier Park off Falls Ave for a report of a strong-armed robbery. Investigators received information that a male suspect approached a female and demanded money, her phone, and a vehicle. Three to four men were playing disc golf nearby and came to her aid. The male suspect returned the phone to the female and walked away from the area.

The suspect was last seen wearing a gray shirt, pants, glasses, short hair, and has poor oral hygiene. The suspect was described as a white male, in his 30’s or 40’s, and had a flame tattoo on his right forearm.

In response to this incident, the College of Southern Idaho (CSI) sent out an alert to shelter-in-place; they resumed normal business operations on campus on 09/18/2023. The Twin Falls Police Department would like to remind all citizens to remain vigilant and report any suspicious incidents to police.

Anyone with information about this crime is encouraged to contact Detective Tracy Thompson at 208-735-7279.
