Superman actor Dean Cain has announced plans to join ICE in the fight against illegal alien immigration in the United States.

Dean Cain is a ‘sworn deputy sheriff and a reserve police officer’ and hopes to be adding ICE agent to his list of achievements, along with playing Superman on TV.

Former ‘Illegal Alien’ Actor Announces Plans to Join ICE

Some might find it ironic that the man who played Superman, an ‘illegal alien’, for years on TV could now be helping deport real-life illegal aliens. Cain has dedicated much of his life and time to law enforcement efforts, including being sworn in as a reserve police officer in Pocatello in 2020 and in St. Anthony in 2018.

Cain made the announcement on Fox News during an interview on August 6th. It was also shared in the interview segment that ICE has removed any age barriers for those wishing to join, but may have been considered too old before.

The Superman actor also made it clear that he is applying and isn’t guaranteed to make the cut, as there are 80,000 other applicants for the job, which is only looking to hire about 10,000 people.

Though, ICE would be crazy not to hire Dean Cain to work at some level of the effort.

Many people are excited about Cain’s enthusiasm for joining ICE, but not everyone. While Cain says, ‘This is the right thing’ there are social media posts calling him a ‘washed up actor’ and that they have ‘lost all respect for the kool-aid drinker’.

Do you think Dean Cain is making the right choice by wanting to join ICE?
