FBI Memo Claims Aliens Did Land In New Mexico In 1947

Let the conspiracy theories begin... not that they ever ended.  The FBI has published a memo on their website claiming "three so-called flying saucers had been recovered in New Mexico."  What do you think?  does this change anything or is it just a publicity stunt to you?
