Free Fishing Day In Picabo Wednesday

We are half way through summer in the Magic Valley (despite Mother Nature trying to convince us otherwise) so let's keep the fun going and entertain the kids at the free fishing this Wednesday at Gavers Lagoon! It's a free way to get outside with your family and learn to fish and maybe catch dinner. The Idaho Fish and Game has a trailer that they take to certain ponds and lakes through the summer for free fishing days. On Wednesday July 13th they'll have their trailer at Gavers Lagoon by the Hayspur Fish Hatchery. The trailer is full of fishing rods and reels so you can borrow their equipment to take you and your family fishing. The list of free fishing days where you will find the trailer is above and at the Fish and Game website. Go out and fish, enjoy nature, and have some good family time.
