HAILEY, Idaho (KLIX) Fire crews spent the morning in the Wood River Valley containing a hay stack fire. According to the Blaine County Sheriff's Office, fire crews were called to the area of Gannett to a report of a stack of hay bales on fire. Crews worked through the morning to control the blaze. The sheriff's office says no structures were threatened and crews from Carey QRU, Wood River Fire and Rescue, Hailey and Bellevue fire departments responded to the call. A sprinkler system will be set up to make sure the fire does not flare up again. Officials expect the hay to smolder for a few days. Here is video provided by the Blaine County Sheriff's Office:
