The City of Twin Falls has increased enforcement and fines and will confiscate illegal fireworks. The new ordinance and safety precautions are due to damage and injuries from previous years. Legal fireworks should only be used within the City of Twin Falls between the hours of 8 am and midnight June 23rd through July 5th and December 26th through January 1st. The Twin Falls Police Department will have extra officers on duty this year to enforce the new ordinance.
