Twin Falls Welcomes First All-Year Food Truck Square

Twin Falls, Idaho is set to debut its first and only year-round food truck square this weekend. This new venue addresses a significant need in the Magic Valley, where food trucks have historically operated on a seasonal basis due to the lack of a permanent gathering space. With some of the best food on wheels in the state, Southern Idaho food truck operators and patrons alike have much to celebrate.

Soft Opening Weekend

The food truck square, located at 1216 Filer Ave East—directly across from the Lynwood Shopping Center—will have its soft opening on Saturday, April 27, 2024. Set to operate seven days a week from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, the square will host a variety of vendors, with specific food trucks and operating hours varying daily. Opening Weekend Line-Up

Preparations are complete: the sod has been laid and the gravel spread, setting the stage for their first weekend of serving food. Twin Falls area favorites such as Bullzz-Eye BBQ, Pizzeria Antico, Rubens’ Basque Chorizo, and Meat The Skewers will be serving their specialties throughout the day. Future Developments

While the food truck square will be fully operational from the outset, owner/operator Cody Brhem has announced plans for further enhancements in the coming weeks. Upgrades will include additional electrical power sources to eliminate the need for generators, more tables and chairs for increased seating capacity, and added shade structures to ensure comfort during the warmer months.
