Remember When Nate Dressed As A Cheerleader For Breast Cancer Awareness In Idaho

Many of us have moments in our life that we look back on and are grateful that they are over. For me, this is one of those. On a very chilly day in October of 2012, I wore an 'enhanced' cheerleader costume to raise money for beast cancer awareness and to help women fight their cancer. While that day is over for me and I can wear warm clothes again, the fight against breast cancer is not over. The fight continues for many and for others the fight has just begun.

October being breast cancer awareness month has to be more than just being aware. A cancer as far reaching as breast cancer needs action. Everyone can do something. You can get checked, donate, or share the message on prevention. Let the pictures of my bad day remind you of the bad day that so many women and men have each day fighting breast cancer.
