The Latest ‘Do Not Travel’ List for ID, WA, and UT Includes 21 Countries
When 2024 ended, 19 countries were on the US list of locations that are too dangerous for anyone to travel to. Two additions have been made in 2025, and some of these could affect your summer plans.
It’s worth checking your destination on the US Travel Advisory website because some countries are fine to visit, while areas inside those countries are not. Mexico is a good example. Overall, Mexico is listed as ‘Other’ because inside the country, you’ll find nearly all levels of safety and danger.
