
Emergency ‘Do Not Travel’ Warning Issued in Idaho for This Specific Country
Maybe growing up there was a house on your street or neighborhood that your parents told you to never go to. I did.

The latest travel warning from the US government is warning us of the Old Man Duff of countries.
Updated ‘Do Not Travel’ List Includes a Scary Warning for Idahoans
The government has a list of places that aren’t safe for us to travel to, for various reasons. There are levels of danger amid the countries ranging from exercise normal precautions, exercise increased caution, and reconsider travel, to the highest level of do not travel.
The newest update tells us that Mexico is at that highest level now. If you were planning a Mexico trip soon or even had Cancun as your Spring Break plan - you should find a different sandy beach to visit this year.

Mexico, along with China, has always been a mix of travel restrictions. But the new information elevates the warnings to a higher level of reality as even popular tourist destinations like Cancun and Cabo San Lucas are listed as elevated danger destinations.
The country summary on the government travel website doesn’t inspire any ease either: Violent crime – such as homicide, kidnapping, carjacking, and robbery – is widespread and common in Mexico.

Security Alerts were sent out on January 27th due to an increase in nighttime gunfights and IEDs on roads and on February 3rd for gunfights in addition to the warnings of other crimes and kidnapping.

Even with a pause called in the tariff war between the US and Mexico, the country remains unsafe to visit. Yet, for some reason, a Canadian post online tells its readers to go golfing in Mexico rather than Florida. Maybe sine they are on the other side of the tariff battle they are hoping to disrupt American tourist golf income?
