It is Thursday - the fourth Friday for Drew (he counts each day as a Friday so he feels closer to the weekends).  And he is ready for the rain and wind to head south and let the sunshine in - thanks 5th Dimension.

HOW TO SPOT AN EATING DISORDER

We all want to help a family member or friend in need, but she may not always ask for help -- which is especially true of women with eating disorders.

So how can you tell if a friend has an eating disorder? Marie Claire offers five warning signs ...

1. A fine layer of body hair. Seriously underweight women often develop a fine layer of hair to keep a too-thin body warm. The hair, called lanugo, can also hide skin issues caused by vitamin deficiencies.

2. Yellowing teeth. A change in tooth color is often a sign of bulimia. Stomach acid can eat away at enamel. Bulimics also often bite down on their fingers while purging, so look for marks.

3. Low self-esteem. Signs of depression often show up in physical ways -- poor eye contact, slumped shoulders and lack of attention to grooming. Look for clues like over-dressing to hide a bony frame.

4. Lack of periods. If a woman restricts her calories so much that she loses her cycle, anorexia is all but certain. If that happens, she's in danger of very serious illness -- even death.

5. Change in overall appearance. Speak up if you see changes for the worse. Old pictures are a good way to gauge things. Express your concern, and offer to pitch in on finding help.

Just Asking ... Have you confronted a friend about an eating disorder? What was her reaction? Have you been confronted about an eating disorder.

VIOLENT VIDEO GAMES INCREASE AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR

For years, scientists have been convinced that violent video games cause an increase in aggressive behavior -- but haven't been able to prove it.  Well, some researchers from the University of Missouri think they finally have proved it.

The study had 70 young adults playing video games. The ones who were playing "violent" games like Call of Duty, Hitman, Killzone and Grand Theft Auto ended up making more aggressive decisions against those around them than those who were playing "non-violent" games.

The researchers are convinced that the violent video games desensitize people to violence and cause stronger aggressive responses.

AMERICANS AREN’T USING VACATION DAYS

Americans work hard. So hard, in fact, that they gave up 448 million earned but unused vacation days in 2010.

Considering the average wage of about $40,000 for a full-time worker, the unused vacation time adds up to $67.5 billion worth of time.

Even if Americans used all their vacation time, they'd still lag way behind much of the rest of the world.

For example, the average American worker gets 18 vacation days per year, while a worker in England gets 28 vacation days and the average French worker gets 37.

Seriously ... Would you even know what do with 37 days off from work?

FACEBOOK WANTS YOUNGER USERS

Mark Zuckerberg, the founder of Facebook, says he will "fight" to allow kids under the age of 13 to use the social networking website, even though it puts the most vulnerable children at risk.

There is a 13-year-old age limit that was put in place to protect young children, but Zuckerberg believes the educational benefits of using the site mean the restrictions should be lifted.

While he says he's fighting to let kids on for educational reasons, it's hard to overlook the fact that the under-13 market is a prime target for advertisers, which would bring Facebook even more money than they already have.
