Idaho Fugitive on FBI Most Wanted List
Rodney Dean Allen is a 73-year-old male wanted by the FBI for white collar crimes committed in 2016 and 2017. His charge includes wire fraud, and according to his Most Wanted poster, he defrauded clients through an Idaho-based company.
Allen was born in 1952 in Idaho and allegedly used his brokerage company KA Investments, LLC. to obtain clients ‘money by false pretenses and promises, and misappropriate their money’.
He did this by lying to clients about the returns they were earning on their investments and the amount of money he was taking as a commission.

The FBI believes he sent statements to clients that their investments were earning nearly 2 percent in one month when the real number was a loss of more than 36 percent.
He also told clients that he was taking a commission ‘between 14-percent and 18-percent on investment profits’ but really used clients' money for personal use at a greater percentage.
