How to Get Free Food and Prizes at the Twin Falls Raising Cane’s Grand Opening

One of the most anticipated restaurant openings of the year in Twin Falls is just a few days away. The grand opening of Raising Cane’s will be an event for the community, including free food, prizes, a ribbon cutting ceremony, and music.

What Will Be Happening at the Raising Cane’s Grand Opening in Twin Falls

We’ve been keeping an eye on the construction of the new Raising Cane’s restaurant in Twin Falls and the internet to catch any announcements. Since October of 2025, there have been confusing (and wrong) messages online stating the restaurant had opened, despite the building not being finished. In November, we found a message saying the grand opening would be on February 3rd. That was also wrong, but in a good way since the grand opening is actually a week earlier and will happen on January 27th.

The restaurant will open to the public at 9 AM on January 27th, but customers are encouraged to get in line early for a chance at prizes; including free food for a year.

It is winter and it will be cold, but the first people in line before 9 AM could be the biggest winners of the day.

• Between 7:30 and 8:30 AM, customers in line can enter to be on of 20 winners of Cane’s for a full year.
• The first 100 combos purchased come with a Cane’s hat and a free Box Combo Card to be used at a future visit.
• The first person in line will get a one-of-a-kind gift basket and a special greeting from the Cane’s crew.

Twin Falls will be the second Raising Cane’s in Idaho. The Meridian location opened a few months ago in 2025.
