The Freedom Convoy won’t be stopping in Twin Falls.  It will be rolling through the area at a slow speed.  Truck drivers heading to Washington, D.C., are slow-rolling to allow other drivers to join the procession.  Their agenda says they’ll be making their way east from Boise and then after driving through the Magic Valley it’s then south to Ogden.

You Can Get a View Along an Overpass

The plan is to pass through Jerome County around 3:00 in the afternoon on Wednesday, March 2nd.  Friends have told me they plan to be cheering on the caravan from bridge overpasses in Jerome and Eden.  The convoy is based on a similar effort north of the border, which garnered worldwide attention.  Both efforts have grown out of a demand to lift all COVID mandates and restrictions.

The Federal Government is Again in Panic

In Washington, fencing has once again been put up around the Capitol.  The United States government doesn’t plan to make the mistake it saw in Ottawa.  In Canada, drivers themselves were stunned when they discovered they could park right outside Parliament and annoy legislators for several weeks.

Drivers in the U.S. are converging from multiple points.  A large contingent left Southern California last week.  A smaller group embarked in Scranton, Pennsylvania.  What you’ll see Wednesday has origins in Oregon and Washington State.

Here's How You Can Annoy News Media

If you plan on joining the crowd along the overpasses, bring a flag or several.  Mainstream media will be in attendance and nothing quite offends reporters like a show of national pride and support for the working class.  Supply trucks will stop and accept donations.
