There isn’t really a bad time to visit Twin Falls, it all really depends on what you want to do. If you love fairs and rodeos then you shouldn’t plan your trip in December. If you love skiing or BASE jumping then you need to plan your trip when the weather permits those types of activities.
I’ve been surprised since we moved here at how willing people are to visit us. We lived in Las Vegas for a few years and thought we would be inundated by friends and family wanting to save money by crashing at our place, but we’ve had way more visitors in Idaho.
