How Much Time Do You Spend Waiting For Your Kids?

I don't want this to come off as me saying that I don't love my kids...but from the day they are born they start sucking your life away. But, it is 100% worth it! If you have kids, then you know that as soon as they are born they begin taking up a lot of your time. Small children are extremely needy because they don't know how or can't do certain things. As they get older it seems they take up more of your time even though they can do more for themselves!
According to a new study, the average parent spends 75 minutes a week sitting in their car, waiting to pick up their kids. That adds up to 65 hours a year, or more than two and a half days! One in three parents spend five hours a week . . . or nearly 11 days a year . . . waiting for their kids. That doesn't include travel time - just waiting. The average parent drives 24.7 miles a week taking their kids to activities, but one in 10 drive more than 50 miles a week.

So, what do you do during all that waiting? Knitting, reading, napping, eating?
