Idaho offers a lot of options when it comes to license plates on cars. You can support a medical cause, a military faction, your favorite Idaho college, or pick one because you think it’s pretty.

Most of the specialized license plates come with an extra fee, and it varies depending on the plate. That extra fee also goes to different beneficiaries depending on the plate.

I think some of the newer license plate options are the best ones. The Idaho 250 license plate and the Gadsden plate are two of my favorites, but the white on black plate looks amazing on the cars I’ve seen. Add a personalized message (as long as it’s appropriate and approved by the DMV) and you’ve got a great reason to upgrade your license plate, plus most of them benefit a good cause.
