This Puppy Was Stolen From The Animal Shelter

You and I know that puppies and kittens are adorable. We also know they are living creatures that require care. They are not something you can just take without any consequences. This puppy was stone from the Twin Falls Animal Shelter earlier this week. Stealing is obviously bad. But this also affects the animal shelter - they have invested time and money into every animal that comes through their doors. When an animal is taken without paying the adoption fees it puts an unnecessary strain on the already tight budget of the shelter.
