5 New Businesses Coming to the Magic Valley in 2026

The Magic Valley is growing, and it seems like every week a new building is being constructed or there is some rumor about a new place coming to the area. It is exciting to see what will come next, and once it is confirmed, patience is tested as anticipation grows to try a new eating option, shop at a new store, or see what a new business offers to the community. There are some new businesses that are set to open in the Magic Valley in 2026, and residents are excited about some and not so sure about others.

IN-N-Out in Twin Falls

It has long been rumored that In-N-Out was coming to the Magic Valley, and by the end of 2025, the process had begun, and construction is currently underway in Twin Falls. The building is slowly coming into form, and as long as there are no major setbacks, the fast food chain should be opening sometime near the end of the summer or in the fall of this year. Raising Cane's Opening Soon in Twin Falls

Raising Cane's is another one that was long rumored to be coming to the Magic Valley, and during much of 2025, residents watched as a new building was built where Golden Corral once stood. The building is now complete, and the final touches are taking place as staff are trained, and chicken will be served to the Magic Valley near the end of January. Panera Bread Coming to Twin Falls

Panera Bread falls in the middle of where In-N-Out currently is in the process and where Raising Cane's is. The building is in place, but there is plenty that still needs to be done before the popular food chain will be welcoming customers. There is no timeline or expected opening date at the time of writing, but based on the process of the two places listed above, speculation is that it will be open by the middle part of the year. New Rec Center in the Magic Valley

If you haven't heard by now, a new rec center will be coming to the Magic Valley and could open sometime in 2026. This new rec center will be located out near the airport and will be funded by the JAE Foundation. The center will be constructed in phases and will have five courts for basketball and volleyball, baseball and softball performance centers, equine therapy, and other amenities. As the center progresses and an opening date is known, we will update you. 

Pizzeria Antico in Twin Falls

Pizzeria Antico is not new to the Magic Valley. If you have been to a major event in the area throughout the years, odds are you have seen their food truck and likely had a slice or two from them. What will be new in 2026 is their physical store in the Magic Valley. They will be located at 256 Blue Lakes Boulevard, Suite 105, and their sign is already up as they prepare to open this year. The official grand opening date is yet to be announced, but exciting things await the local pizza company this year.

These are just a few of the places that are set to open in 2026. More will be announced, and others will open throughout the year.
