Snow Has Already Started Falling on This Southern Idaho Resort

You are going to love this or you’ll hate this, depending on whether you are a fan of cold weather and snow or not.

Some areas of Idaho are reporting snowfall in the last 24 hours, and more is on the way.

Which Southern Idaho Ski Resorts Have Snow Today

This is an interesting topic because, technically, it is still Summer until September 22nd. That’s when Fall begins and Winter doesn’t officially begin until December 21st. Yet here we are talking about snow. Welcome to Idaho.

Pomerelle just posted a few hours ago that they got hit with snow, and looking at the pictures it wasn’t just a dusting. That’s a nice blanket of white.

Not far from Pomerelle Mountain is the Magic Mountain Ski Resort and they haven’t posted anything about snow, yet. They did post some great pictures of a moose that showed up at a recent event in the South Hills on the 4th, though. And, while Pomerelle is bragging about their snow, Sun Valley is talking about their outdoor swimming pool!

That is quite the juxtaposition in Southern Idaho and a great example of weather in the Gem State.
