Upcoming CSI Events – Halloween Carnival And Health Fair
With Halloween coming up Wednesday - it only makes sense that there will be a lot of "terror"ific activities at the college.
- This Saturday is the big Halloween Carnival for all the kids in the community from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the CSI Rec Center. Lots of games, prizes, activities, and treats. Bring the kids in costume. It’s free and open to everyone
- The annual Great Pumpkin Race is this Saturday – registration starts at 9 on the campus circle near the CSI Softball Field. There’ll be events for all ages and a free chili feed right after the race for all participants and their friends or families.
- CSI Dance students and guests will do their first performance of ‘Thriller’ at 1 p.m. this Saturday at the Corn Maze. It’s free. The second performance will be on Halloween Day at 4 p.m. at the Fine Arts building.
- The Magic Valley Health Fair is this Saturday from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. at CSI’s Health Science building on North College Road. You can get just about everything checked to make sure you’re in good shape!
- There’s still time to take in the CSI Corn Maze from 5 to 10 p.m. each night through Halloween – just $2 per person. And the Faulkner Planetarium has more showings of ‘Anthems of Ghoulish Delight’ this week and next week – Friday, Saturday, and Tuesday nights. Get all the information at www.csi.edu/herrett
- The 3rd ranked Golden Eagle Volleyball team will close out the regular season this Saturday at 1 p.m. hosting Utah State-Eastern. Next weekend – November 2 and 3, CSI gets to host the Region 18 Volleyball championship.
