Cursive Being Phased Out
I don't usually write in cursive - every once in a while it's fun to do, but print is my forte. And here's another thing the kids today have easier than us - besides not having to walk uphill to school in the snow - cursive is no longer mandatory in over 40 states! I see this as a good thing though! Now when my wife and I need to share a note that we don't want the kids to understand, we'll break out the extinct font of cursive!
