A new hotel is being built in Twin Falls and it aims to be like no other hotel in the area.

What is the Giant Building Going Up on Poleline in Twin Falls

The construction has been the talk of the town and is still shrouded in mystery. When we talk about construction in the Magic Valley, it’s not usually something we are excited about because lately, it has only been road construction. You can’t even drive down I-84 without hitting a major slowdown. However, building construction and new businesses coming to town are always exciting and welcome prospects, with the exception maybe of the location of the In-N-Out Burger.

The exciting new construction in Twin Falls is a hotel with a waterpark going up on Poleline and Bridgeview. Plans are to be opened by August of 2025.

Details on the project were shared in a Twin Falls City Council meeting and shared in depth by KMVT. The plan is for the hotel to be a place for families to stay and have fun.

Slides will start on the 4th floor, run outside, intertwine with each other, and empty into the swimming pool on the main level. Since the slides will be outdoors, they will also be fully enclosed. Here's a view of the current construction progress with a view from Poleline on top and from Bridgeview on the bottom.
